The Courier
Affärsmannen Greville Wynnes odramatiska tillvaro vänds upp och ner när han oväntat blir anlitad som kurir av brittiska underrättelsetjänsten och CIA. De ser i honom någon som inte kan misstänkas för att smuggla hemlig information under sina affärsresor. Greville kittlas av det spännande uppdraget, som måste hemlighållas för hustrun Sheila. Till en början känns Sovjet-resorna riskfria och Greville blir snart vän med kontraspionen Oleg Penkovsky. Gradvis inser han att hans och Olegs liv står på spel, och att informationen de hanterar kan avvärja en atomvapenkatastrof.
